By accessing or using Remi ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Remi provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service for businesses, specifically designed for medical spas and aesthetic practices. The Service includes automated call answering, appointment scheduling, and related features.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free Trial

We offer a free trial period for new users. During the trial, you will have access to the Service with limited minutes. After the trial period expires, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment by contacting us at hello@remiassist.com.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. After the 7-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, and you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are not available for: (a) subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day period, (b) usage-based overages, or (c) accounts terminated for violation of these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Remi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, and you should verify important information.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
